However, if there are only issues with your order, please\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/brewcollective.co.uk\/staging\/contact\/\"><b>contact us<\/b><\/a>\u00a0and we will assist you.<\/p><p><b>Refunds<\/b><\/p><p>If there are any issues with your order, including any missing item(s) or wrong item(s), please\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/brewcollective.co.uk\/staging\/contact\/\"><b>contact us<\/b><\/a>\u00a0and we will assist you.<\/p><p>All refund requests will undergo an internal process. We will contact you to approve or reject the request.<\/p><p>If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit\/debit card or original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to show in your account.<\/p><p>If you purchased at an offer price, your refund will be based on that price.<\/p><p><b>Late or missing refunds<\/b><\/p><p>If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, check your bank or payment provider. Then, contact your credit\/debit card company or bank to check its status. It may take some time before your refund is processed. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.<\/p><p>If you\u2019ve done all of this and still have not received your refund yet, please\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/brewcollective.co.uk\/staging\/contact\/\"><b>contact us<\/b><\/a>.<\/p><p><b>Exchanges<\/b><\/p><p>We want every item to arrive in great condition and we hope you\u2019re always thrilled with your purchase. If you receive an item that\u2019s damaged or faulty, or if it doesn\u2019t quite match the description on our website, please\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/brewcollective.co.uk\/staging\/contact\/\"><b>contact us<\/b><\/a>\u00a0within 24 hours of delivery.<\/p><p>Where possible, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.<\/p><p>We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or faulty at the time of sending.<\/p><p><b>Cancellations<\/b><\/p><p>As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch, please\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/brewcollective.co.uk\/staging\/contact\/\"><b>contact us<\/b><\/a>\u00a0as soon as possible to cancel or make any changes to an order. We are unable to cancel an order once it has been processed.<\/p><p><b>Delivery<\/b><\/p><p>We will aim to deliver within the next day within Leicester. Orders before 11am to get same-day delivery (except Sunday).<\/p><p>Orders received after 11am would be delivered the next day (except Sunday).<\/p><p>For reasons beyond our control (mentioned in\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/brewcollective.co.uk\/staging\/delivery\/\"><b>Delivery information<\/b><\/a>), please allow 3 days for your order to arrive. If more than 3 days have passed, please\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/brewcollective.co.uk\/staging\/contact\/\"><b>contact us<\/b><\/a>\u00a0to review the status of your order.<\/p><p>Don\u2019t send any items to us via post, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.<\/p><p>Delivery costs are non-refundable.
