This coffee is medium-bodied and well balanced, with a spicy winey flavour and full citrus acidity, soft berry undertones, chocolate, and floral notes. In the southwest Ethiopian region of Limu, the Oromia Coffee Farmers Cooperative (OCFCU) is a union of 34 small cooperatives benefiting over 22,000 smallholder farmer members. Oromia is the region where coffee first originated.
Limu coffee is grown at about 1100-1800m above sea level. OCFCU pays 70% of its net profit back to the cooperatives and the cooperatives also pay 70% of their profit to the member farmers.
All our coffees are hand picked from Rainforest Alliance certified farms to bring you the best single source beans.
We then hand roast in small batches.

Orders placed before midday Monday-Friday are shipped that afternoon. We ship via Royal Mail. Our standard shipping service is 2nd class post, so please allow up to 7 working days for delivery of your order. This may be longer during any national holiday periods.
We also offer free 2nd class shipping on orders within the UK. This is up to a minimum order value of £50.00
We now also have a click + collect option if you’re lucky enough to live close to the roastery in Glasgow. Orders will be available to collect from U-Roast after midday the following business day.

We reserve the right to alter postage fees in accordance with individual destinations.
